01General Terms

Oklav is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Oklav and the user. References to "Oklav", "we", or "our" refer to the entity operating the Oklav platform.

Oklav reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

02Account Registration

When creating an account on Oklav, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Oklav reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading details.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify Oklav Support.
• Identity verification documents may be requested at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.

03Age & Eligibility

Oklav strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Oklav may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify age.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held until age verification is complete.
• If an account is found to belong to a minor, all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

04Deposits & Payments

• Funds deposited must come from your own account — payments made by a third party are not accepted.

05Withdrawals & Payouts

Oklav aims to pay out winnings promptly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

06Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Oklav, review the terms and odds for each market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Oklav reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are final.
• If the cash-out feature is used, the bet will be settled at the value offered at that time.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or fraud affecting the outcome of an event, the related bet may be voided.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Oklav offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and more. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously — unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Oklav may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the member is a minor or fails KYC verification.
• If the member requests self-exclusion.
